Renton Kitchen Update and Bathroom Renovations

Project Overview

NBE LLC completed a kitchen and two-bathroom renovation in Renton, Washington, together with refinishing the first-floor flooring. The project updated dated finishes and addressed specific layout issues, including guest-bath entry clearance and an upstairs tub that was replaced with a shower.

The recorded construction duration was approximately 40 days for this combined project. It is a project example, not a promised schedule for another remodel.

Kitchen and First-Floor Flooring

The kitchen work included full cabinet replacement, quartz countertops, updated backsplash tile and recessed-lighting relocation to improve light over the work areas. NBE LLC also refinished the first-floor flooring to give the main level a consistent appearance.

Guest Bathroom

The guest bathroom received a new drop-in tub with quartz deck surfaces on both sides. The toilet’s orientation was adjusted to improve entry clearance and reduce interference with the door. Lighting was updated to suit the refreshed room.

Upstairs Tub-to-Shower Conversion

The upstairs tub was converted to a shower. The drain and water supply were relocated to match the new layout, and the toilet was moved to improve fixture placement. Lighting updates completed the room.

Coordinating the Work

The project required room-by-room sequencing, plumbing relocation and careful transitions between cabinetry, quartz, tile and existing trim. The gallery includes finished rooms and construction stages; the before-and-after comparisons show the changes to both bathrooms and the kitchen.
